'We have one week': Ten Hag provides injury update on Anthony Martial

Manchester United started the 2022/23 Premier League season without Anthony Martial as he was out with a hamstring injury.

Erik ten Hag has provided an update regarding his injury and it seems uncertain.

"It's difficult to say [how long]. With his injury we have to wait until tomorrow for how we will progress, but we have one week [until the next game]."

Martial had great pre-season but was unfortunate to pick up his injury just before the first game of the season.

Fans had expected Cristiano Ronaldo to start up front for United but Ten Hag did not see him as 'match-fit' and decided to go with a false nine in Eriksen in the opening day defeat.
