La Liga have unveiled its salary caps for the 2022/23 season.
Barcelona are healthy again as their cap rose from minus €144m to €656m+ in less than a year. This is truly impressive.
Only Real Madrid - €683m - are allowed to spend a bit more on players' salaries.
Barcelona partly fixed their financial situation through activating economic levers, i.e. selling part of their TV rights and assets. This is the decision that allows the club to function as usual financially – at least for a short term.
