Bayern's serious attempt to sign Pedri and Gavi revealed

Bayern Munich made an offer to sign Pedri immediately after they beat Barcelona 8-2 in 2020, per Cadena SER.

The Bavarians offered Pedri a salary of €12m per season. Both the player and Barcelona rejected Bayern's advances.

In 2021, the Bavarians came again for Gavi, offering a handsome fee to snap up the teenager. Again Barca clung to their asset as tightly as ever.

Both Pedri and Gavi have now signed long-term deals with the Blaugrana with a release clause of €1bn.
