'He's the best in his position after Mbappe and Vinicius': Arsenal told they must pay 'a lot of money' for Mykhaylo Mudryk

Speaking about the transfer interest for Mykhaylo Mudryk from clubs like Arsenal, Shakhtar Donetsk director of football Darijo Srna told CBS Sport: “Mudryk is a serious talent.

“After Kylian Mbappé and Vinícius Junior, he’s the best player in Europe in his position. If someone wants to buy Mudryk they must spend a lot of money and respect our club and president.”

As per Transfermarkt, Mudryk’s current value is around £13.5m – but it doesn’t look like the Ukrainian side are at all willing to sell him for such a low amount.

The Gunners are interested in signing the 21-year-old winger in the winter transfer window as they continue their search for a Nicolas Pepe replacement.
