Earlier in the week, Jordan Henderson recovered from injury to play for England. Fabio Carvalho has also recovered and is training with Liverpool.

Here's the latest update surrounding the injured Liverpool players ahead of the game against Brighton.

Ibrahima Konate. According to The Athletic, Ibou is back in training after missing two months of action with a muscle injury. However, he's not ready to be involved in the matchday squad.

Andy Robertson. The left-back is still nursing a knee injury and has not trained with the group. He may return next week.

Naby Keita. The Guinean is still out with a muscle injury till late October.

Curtis Jones. The midfielder is still suffering a muscular injury and is not expected back until early November.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. The Englishman may yet play this season. But it's unlikely to be this year.

Calvin Ramsay. The defender is closer to a full recovery after being spotted in training. He's yet to make his debut after signing for Liverpool.

Caoimhin Kelleher. The goalie is feeling better after that groin injury. He could join the squad next week.
