Liverpool are reportedly trying to tie down Naby Keita to a new deal.
It is likely that the Reds want to protect the midfielder's value, although it could be that Jurgen Klopp still has plans to use him in the first team.
Apart from Keita, Liverpool have four players that could walk away on free transfer next summer as their contracts expire in 2023.
