Xavi's favourite to start as left-back against Bayern revealed

According to AS journalist Javi Miguel, Alejandro Balde is Xavi's favourite to start in the left-back position in Barcelona's XI against Bayern Munich.

If Blaugrana boss decides to opt for experience, then our newcomer Marcos Alonso would be the one.

Surprisingly, as it stands, club veteran Jordi Alba has not been completely ruled out either.

Xavi has 2 more days to make his final decision.

Then Barca will travel to Germany to face Bayern and determine the sole leader of the Champions League Group C on Tuesday night, September 13.
