Mikel Arteta has promised to "reset" Arsenal after another below-par performance. Following a disappointing 1-1 draw with Southampton at the weekend, the Gunners were beaten 2-0 by PSV in the Europa League.
Speaking after the defeat in the Netherlands, the Spaniard talked about the need for a “reset” now. It seems like a tacit admission that performances have tailed off of late.
Arsenal had only lost once this season against Manchester United. They will now have to battle for top spot against FC Zurich next Thursday.
The Gunners have 12 points - just two more than PSV who have also qualified for the next round.
