Casemiro is finally set to get his first Premier League start of the season in Man United’s next match against Everton, claims The Telegraph.
This comes after the Brazilian midfielder was surprisingly kept on the bench in the 6-3 loss to Man City.
After seeing his midfield horribly overwhelmed in the game, Erik ten Hag has decided to give Casemiro his first league start at the weekend.
He is expected to be drafted into midfield and is likely to replace Scott McTominay in the defensive midfield position.
The 30-year-old has played just 82 minutes of Premier League football since moving from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.
