Graham Potter has spoken about Rafael Leao and the Blues boss is clearly a big fan. Although he didn't make any confirmations about Chelsea's interest in him, he did admit that Leao has the ability o play in the Premier League.
"I've been really impressed with him whenever I've watched the games. He's making a difference for AC Milan. He contributes to how they attack how they score. He's a he's a top player.
"In terms of what happens in the future, who knows whether he can do this (play in the Premier League) or not. He's got the capability that's for sure. From what I'm seeing, he is affecting games at the highest level, against top opponents."
