Speaking on Sky Sports, Gary Neville said: "I still think Manchester City will run away with it, I still think they will and the Liverpool game won't change it.
"This was a freak game playing at Anfield. For Man City, it's the most difficult game they have. I do think City will run away with it.
"Arsenal will come back towards Tottenham, Chelsea, Manchester United, Newcastle. I do think Man City will go away."
Arsenal secured a hard-fought 1–0 win away at Leeds at the weekend to stay top of the Premier League after the first ten games of the 2022/23 campaign.
With Man City suffering a surprising 1–0 defeat away at Liverpool last week, the Gunners are now four points clear of Pep Guardiola's side in the table.
