Apple interested in making Manchester United 'world's richest club' with takeover - possible offer revealed

Apple have shown interest in becoming the new Man United owners after the club was put up for sale, claims the Daily Star.

The bosses of the famous American company have expressed an interest in talking to the Glazers about a possible takeover.

Apple are ready to make United the richest football club in the world and pay £5.8bn for the take over.

The company has no experience in owning a football club, but CEO Tim Cook is keen on exploring new opportunities.

Apple has an annual revenue of £326bn and a net worth of £2 trillion.
