Man United want David de Gea to take a major pay cut to sign a new contract with them, as per the Daily Star.

The Red Devils have reportedly told the Spaniard that he will need to agree to a pay cut of at least £100,000 for a new deal.
That would bring down his wages from £375,000-a-week to £275,000-a-week, still keeping him as one of the highest-paid players at Old Trafford.
De Gea is reportedly open to taking a pay cut as he really wants to stay at United for many years.
The Spaniard has played in almost every game for the Red Devils this season and produced some impressive performances.
