Rio Ferdinand has tipped Arsenal to win the Premier League. “I’m not bothered [about Arsenal winning]. People look at me sometimes and go: ‘Rio, you hate Arsenal’. I don’t hate Arsenal,” he told his YouTube channel.
“If there was any other team out of the big teams I wouldn’t mind winning the league, it’s Arsenal. I don’t want Liverpool to win it, I don’t want City to win it. I don’t want Chelsea to win it. Spurs can’t win it.”
Ferdinand, a Manchester United legend, has often times attacked the Gunners. However, with the Gunners on top, he may now have become a secret fan of Mikel Arteta.
