Liverpool have been handed a boost from the Spurs camp as Heung-Min Son is set to miss their clash this Sunday due to an eye injury.
Spurs' club website confirmed: "We can confirm that Heung-Min Son will undergo surgery to stabilise a fracture around his left eye.
"Following surgery, Son will commence rehabilitation with our medical staff and we shall update supporters further in due course."
Liverpool will take on Tottenham on Sunday as they head into their final few games before the winter break.
