Arsenal are eyeing a move to sign Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Alexis Mac Allister after his heroics at the World Cup, claims AS.
The midfielder was one of Argentina’s most efficient performers from the campaign and even grabbed an assist in the final.
Mac Allister proved his quality as a commendable box-to-box midfielder and is now in demand.
However, the Gunners could face competition from Atletico Madrid for the Argentine star.
Brighton probably won’t be keen on losing their World Cup winning midfielder and might make it difficult for any interested club to sign him.
Mac Allister has had an impressive campaign for the Seagulls so far, scoring 5 goals in 14 Premier League games this season.
