Barcelona technical director Cruyff rules out departure of two players from Barca in January

Barcelona technical director Jordi Cruyff has ruled out the departure of Franck Kessie and Frenkie De Jong in the January transfer window.

"There is no plan for him [Kessie] to leave [in January], despite the fact that I have read rumours," Cruyff said in his interview with Mundo Deportivo.

Kessie has been linked with a move to either Tottenham or Napoli in January due to limited playing time under Xavi this season.

De Jong's departure from Barcelona in winter is next to impossible. According to Cruyff, the matter is not being discussed at the club anymore.

The player who Barcelona may let go in January is Memphis Depay. The player has fallen down the pecking order among other Barca attackers.
