Harvey Elliott suffered an injury scare and had to be taken off in the first half of Liverpool’s 3-1 loss to Olympique Lyonnais in a friendly game on Sunday.
However, Jurgen Klopp has reassured that the midfielder didn’t pick up anything significant and had to be taken off as a precaution.
He said: “Harvey got a knock before we scored. He looks fine now but he feels it, that's normal, there was contact. But I hope we were lucky in that moment.
This will be good news for Liverpool fans, as they definitely don’t want any more injuries after the blow to Luis Diaz – who will be out until March.
