As per David Ornstein of The Athletic, Arsenal have submitted a 'world-record' offer to sign Man United Women star Alessia Russo.
The striker, 23, will see her current deal expire in six months' time with no breakthrough over signing a new contract.
The Gunners have opted to take advantage of the situation and sign her - although the Red Devils are yet to accept the offer.
Russo is also nominated for the Puskas award 2022 along with Kylian Mbappe
