Barcelona To Appeal Jordi Alba's Red Card, Fans Say The Same Thing

Mateu Lahoz's officiating during yesterday's Catalan derby was..controversial, to say the least.

In total, the Spanish referee handed out 16 yellow cards and two reds, including the ones shown to Jordi Alba.

According to Marca, Barca are absolutely flabbergasted by the red card, and have subsequently appealed the second yellow that the full back was shown.

Should they be successful, Alba will be available for Sunday’s clash against Atletico Madrid.

Some fans, however, don't want the appeal to be accepted. Here's what they say:
