Fabrizio Romano, Nizaar Kinsella, Matt Law and Cesar Luis Merlo all report that Chelsea and Benfica have finally struck a deal for the Blues to sign midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
Chelsea will pay €120m in three installments spread over two years for the World Cup winner.
Now the Blues are racing against time to complete the paperwork to get the deal over the line.
The transfer window closes on 23:00 GMT but if Chelsea send a deal sheet to the league before the deadline, they would be given two extra hours to finalise the deal.
