Chelsea have taken another step towards hijacking Arsenal's potential deal with Shakhtar Donetsk for Mudryk.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the club's board are in Poland to reach verbal agreement with Shakhtar for the winger.
The Blues' officials are ready with a bid of around €100m.
Arsenal have always been at the forefront of negotiations with Mudryk with the attacker making it clear that he'd prefer the Premier League leaders.
However, the Gunners' two bids have fallen short of Shakhtar's evaluation of their star player.
