Speaking after City's 2-1 defeat against United in the Manchester derby, Guardiola said: "I don’t care about the Premier League and the Carabao Cup.
"We cannot win. It doesn’t matter. We’ve won a lot already. It’s time for another club to win".
He added: "The game was really good. We played really good... But I congratulate the team. I am proud to come here and play with this personality."
"Today we performed. Now, don't be distracted what happened in the first goal [that United scored], focus on Spurs in a few days..."
City trail Arsenal by five points and the Gunners can extend the lead to eight with victory over Tottenham.
Guardiola has won the Premier League and Carabao Cup four times each.
