The Brazilian is likely to make the squad list for the Copa del Rey last 16 clash against Villarreal on Thursday.
Both Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez are out with injuries, so it is very possible that we'll see the 18-year-old in action tomorrow.
Vinicius Tobias has provided 3 assists in 22 appearances for Real Madrid Castilla so far. The right-back joined the club on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk in April.
