As per Star Gazete, former Chelsea winger Christian Atsu was 'trapped under rubble' during the devastating earthquake that has hit parts of Turkey and Syria.
The 7.7 magnitude earthquake has claimed over 1500 lives in Turkey and Syria already. Just hours after the first one, a second earthquake recorded at 7.5 magnitude has struck Southeast Turkey.
Atsu plays for Turkish Super Lig club Hataysport after joining them last summer and is amongst those still missing after the earthquake.
