Reputable Chelsea source Matt Law claims N'Golo Kante has fully recovered from his hamstring problems and is now in great shape.
“I’m told N’Golo Kante looks in great shape and there’s a lot of excitement around the fitness he’s going to come back with," Law said in his London is Blue podcast.
"They’ve taken it super slowly and have been very careful with his return," the journalist adds.
Kante has not played for Chelsea since August and his absence has been heavily felt by the club.
While he's been away, Chelsea gave their midfield a facelift by offloading Jorginho and signing Enzo Fernandez. But there's been no respite in terms of results with the Blues haemorrhaging points in the league and falling 11 points from the top 4.
Kante remains unlikely to feature for Chelsea this weekend.
