Mikel Arteta named Premier League Manager of the Month for the third time this season

Mikel Arteta has been named Premier League Manager of the Month for January, it was announced on Friday.

The Spaniard has become the first manager in the history of Arsenal to claim the individual honour three times in a single season.

The 40-year-old specialist was also named Manager of the Month for August and November/December 2022 as the Gunners aim to win the league.

January saw Arsenal pick up seven points from nine possible ones, and included massive wins against Tottenham away (2–0) and Manchester United at home (3–2).
