'One has to respect the opposition fans': Xavi reacts to Garnacho's controversial goal celebration

"Goal celebrations like those of Garnacho? It's different for each player. Sometimes a little more empathy is needed. You have to respect the fans of opponents. Scoring a goal should be a joy whilst being empathetic," Xavi has said at the latest presser.

Indeed, things like these seem a bit disrespectful. Do you remember the last time a Barcelona player 'copied' one's goal celebration just to mock him? I don't.

Man United starlet Alejandro Garnacho aimed dig at Barcelona after Man United beat the Catalans at Old Trafford. As captured on camera, the youngster decided to mark the win by using Pedri's trademark goal celebration and even posting a tweet: "The big team goes through."
