Potter: 'My job is to work'

"We’ve had a lot of injuries/challenges integrating players in the Premier League. A lot of people will say I’m the problem and I’m not saying that their opinion is not worth articulating. My job is to work," Graham Potter told the press when asked about fans being unhappy with Chelsea, as relayed by Nizaar Kinsella.

"The results aren’t what we want. You can completely understand the supporters’ frustration. Our job is to keep working and keep trying to improve the team in what is a difficult period for us all," he added, as quoted by the BBC.

Chelsea fans were frustrated during and after the game as hapless Chelsea ended up losing to 20th-placed Southampton 2-0.
