Mikel Arteta took the ball off Kevin de Bruyne as it entered the Gunners' head coach's technical area early in the second half of the City game (1-3).
The City playmaker tried to get it back immediately for a throw-in but the Spaniard gently pushed it away from KdB.
This clearly irritated the Belgian, who pushed Arteta.
Strangely, the City man did not receive a booking or even a warning from the referee for doing that.
