Chelsea have not announced the signing of Enzo Fernandez yet, having reached an agreement with Benfica just an hour before the deadline.
Yet it doesn't mean they won't sign the World Cup winner. Chelsea still have two hours left to register his transfer, provided they sent a deal sheet to the Premier League.
According to TalkSport, the Blues did sent the deal sheet before the deadline so they will have until 1am GMT to register the signing of Fernande
