Vinicius - 9, Asensio - 8.5: Rating Real Madrid players in Valencia win
Vinicius - 9
The Brazilian was brilliant from start to finish showing his skill, pace and energy. Vini is unstoppable when he's in this mode and it was clear against Valencia when raced into the box and slotted home Madrid's second goal of the night. Minutes later Paulista was sent off for lashing out at Vini.
Asensio - 8.5
The Spaniard missed a few great chances in the first half and seemed to be off the pace. But he turned the game around in the second half with a wonderful goal from outside the box. Overall, Asensio was brilliant with his passing, technique and shooting.
Camavinga - 8
The Frenchman had a brilliant game on the left-flank. He spent a lot of time attacking the opposition like a proper full-back. At this rate Camavinga seems like a better player at left-back than Ferland Mendy.
Courtois - 7.5
Courtois registered his third clean sheet with an assured game between the sticks for Los Blancos. He was never troubled but when the chances came against him he smothered the ball with ease.
Ceballos - 7
This was yet another impressive game by Dani Ceballos in that midfield. He was good in defence and when the team were in transition. The midfielder will be hard to bench in this form he's in.
Other players rating: Nacho - 7.5. Rudiger - 7, Modric - 7, Rodrygo - 6.5, Kroos - 6, Benzema - 6, Carvajal - 6, Valverde - 6, Tchouameni - 6.
