A Chelsea fan was knocked out with one punch to the face during an altercation with West Ham fans. The incident happened just before the London derby took place this afternoon.
The fan was seen having a banter with West Ham fans before receiving the knockout blow to the head. West Ham fans proceeded to chant 'Irons!' 'Irons' while the Chelsea fan lay helpless on the floor.

The fan looked almost lifeless after the blow but he was seen in a wheelchair inside the stadium later on.
Chelsea eventually played out a 1-1 draw away at West Ham despite playing better than we've seen in some time.
