Casemiro to undergo tests to see if he can play vs Real Betis

Casemiro picked up an injury in the 7-0 loss to Liverpool and will undergo tests to determine if he'll be available to face Real Betis on Thursday, reports ESPN.

The nature of his injury is unknown but hopefully, it's nothing too serious. Our midfield has looked vulnerable without him this season and Manchester United cannot afford another upset in the Europa League last 16.

Case has, of course, faced Betis many times during his La Liga days and his experience would be invaluable.

The first leg will take place later this week at Old Trafford as the Red Devils aim to move on from the Liverpool battering.

Having Casemiro available is essential to our chances of a return to winning ways.
