The goalkeeper was felicitated for breaking the Manchester United clean sheet record - his tally stands at 181 clean sheets currently.

That's one more than the previous holder Peter Schmeichel, marking a historic achievement for De Gea.
Of course, it was Sir Alex who brought the Spaniard to the club back in 2011. Safe to say, Dave's career came full circle when he picked up the honour from the legendary Scotsman.
