Glazers 'don't care' about potential fan backlash if they stay as United owners

As per Sky Sports, the Glazers have not totally made up their minds on selling Man United.

The American family will evaluate the best offers for the club and might not want to sell if a party doesn’t agree to their rumored £6bn asking price.

The Glazers don’t care about how United fans will react if they stay on as the club’s owners and the potential backlash that can come with it.

Their thinking is that having put up with fan protests for 17-18 years, they have the ability to put up with more protests.

They are also looking at potential lucrative minority investment offers which can help them retain their position at Old Trafford.

Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani is the current leading favourite to buy the club from the Glazers and are ready to overpay for the investment if needed.
