Kluivert lists two strikers Barca should go for in summer, one netted a World Cup hat-trick

Talking to the press on Thursday, Barcelona legend Patrick Kluivert has suggested the Blaugrana to go for a backup striker in summer.

"Financial fair play is something you have to take into account, but who is on my wish list? It definitely has to be a striker. Because after Lewandowski you need to have a centre-forward.

"I like Goncalo Ramos a lot. I like that player and he has done a very good job for the Portugal national team and also at Benfica. Firmino at Barca, I think, would also be a very interesting player.

"A striker is what is needed to empower Barcelona. The rest is fine if they all stay."

Roberto Firmino is set to become a free agent in the summer, with his contract at Liverpool expiring at the end of the season. The Brazilian reportedly offered himself to Barca already.

As for Ramos, the Portuguese ace, who netted a hat-trick against Switzerland in Qatar, is contracted with Benfica until 2026 and will command a massive price in the summer, which pretty much puts him out of Barca’s reach.
