Manchester United are not giving up hope in the race to sign Declan Rice at the end of the 2022/23 season.
As per Football Insider, the Red Devils want to 'blow Arsenal out of the water' as the West Ham star looks to leave the club for good.
Rice has turned down several contract renewal offers from the Hammers in order to join a club in the Champions League and develop his skills even further.
Arsenal have emerged as favourites to sign the 24-year-old this summer but Man United believe that have what it takes to convince the England international to move to Old Trafford.
