Watch: Pablo Fornals' Outrageous Scorpion Kick for West Ham vs Bournemouth is a Thing of Beauty

Pablo Fornals, overcome with emotion, alleviated West Ham's fears of being relegated with a bold scorpion kick during their Premier League match against Bournemouth.

As of now, David Moyes' team is six points ahead of the relegation zone, having sealed a resounding 4-0 victory over struggling Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

Michail Antonio netted the first goal for the Hammers early on in the match, and the team has had a memorable week with impressive results against Arsenal and AA Gent.

With just 12 minutes on the clock, Brazilian midfielder Lucas Paqueta quickly doubled the lead before in-form Declan Rice extended the away side's advantage to three goals.

When the game was already in the bag, Hammers' playmaker Pablo Fornals scored one of the best goals of the weekend following some excellent wing play from Jarrod Bowen.

From the video below, it is evident that Fornals skillfully adjusted his body and executed an acrobatic right-footed shot at the ball. He was then seen in tears while celebrating with his teammates.

One fan commented on the goal, saying: "Olivier Giroud, is that you? What a strike Pablo Fornals,".

While another wrote: "Don’t think I love anything more than Pablo Fornals to be honest."

A third added: "Pablo Fornals needs a run in this West Ham side now. That goal will give him so much confidence to kick on. What a finish."

Fornals, who joined West Ham from Villarreal in 2019 for a reported fee of £24 million, has netted five goals in 41 games while playing under David Moyes this season. However, he hasn't been starting as frequently as he desires.
