Chelsea keen on £70m Inter Striker Lautaro Martinez

Chelsea are targeting a move for Inter striker Lautaro Martinez at the end of the season, according to Football Insider.

Mauricio Pochettino is expected to take charge at Stamford Bridge and has already discussed signing the Argentine with the Blues.

Inter need to sell for financial reasons and would be willing to part company with Martinez for around £70 million.

Martinez has scored 23 times across 48 appearances in all competitions this season.

The forward has also made 48 appearances for his country, netting 21 times on his way to two major honours with Argentina.

He turned out six times in a triumphant 2022 World Cup campaign.
