'It's painful': Klopp provides injury update on himself after pulling hamstring v Spurs

According to BBC, Jurgen Klopp pulled his hamstring when he celebrated Diogo Jota's winner against Tottenham. The boss was booked for excessive celebrations in the process.

In the match, Liverpool wasted no time in taking a commanding 3-0 lead within the first 15 minutes. Curtis Jones started the scoring in the third minute, followed by Luis Diaz just two minutes later.

Finally, Mohamed Salah converted a penalty in the 15th minute to extend the lead even further.

Diogo Jota, the Portuguese international, secured a victory for Liverpool at Anfield with his stoppage-time goal, which came just 99 seconds after Tottenham believed that Richarlison's first Premier League goal for the club had earned them a point, having trailed 3-0.

Although Liverpool's victory was thrilling, Klopp was visibly dissatisfied with the refereeing throughout the match. In fact, he was so enraged that he ran down the touchline towards fourth official John Brooks to celebrate ecstatically, but ended up injuring himself in the process.

"I'm not sure if it's the hamstring it could be the adductor but I got punished. Little sins immediately," Klopp told the BBC.

"I turned around for the celebration because the fourth official got nothing wrong the whole time. I didn't say anything bad, I gave a look which is bad enough.

"The hamstring or whatever the muscle gave up in that moment. It's painful. That's fair. Apart from that, all okay."

Hopefully it's not a serious injury and the Liverpool boss will be available for the Reds' next game against Fulham!
