Millwall fans smash coach’s window as terrified Blackburn supporters hide under their seats in shocking scenes

Millwall fans who acted aggressively towards travelling Blackburn fans and smashed a bus window have been labelled ‘s***houses’.

The Lions saw a wonderful afternoon turn sour as they let a 3-1 lead slip against Jon Dahl Tomasson’s side to lose 4-3 and see the London side denied a play-off spot.

As a result of the defeat, it was Coventry and Sunderland who claimed the final two play-off spots, along with Luton and Middlesbrough.

After the game, a small group of fans took their frustrations out on a Blackburn coach, leaving supporters on board terrified.

One supporter called tweeted: “Never been so scared leaving a football match!

“Seeing Millwall fans attack a coach in front of us. Millwall fans, you should be ashamed.”

Another fan called replied, saying: “Trying being in the coach,” with an image of a broken window.

Another fan posed a video of the frightening scenes on TikTok, showing fans confronting the bus before police intervened.

Red Rose Travel, a bus company from Lancashire hit out at the fans responsible for damage to their vehicles in a post on Facebook that showed the damage.

“You gotta love a good game of football and the passion the fans show,” the post began. 

“I mean, take Millwall FC tonight [Monday], probably lost millions tonight by not making it into the playoffs and the Premier League, but it doesn’t matter, they can trash the away fans coaches and risk injury to the families on board.

“Well done you guys. You’ve achieved jack s*** apart from costing an innocent business [money]. For what? f-all. Bunch of s***houses.”
