How to watch Chelsea vs Wrexham and what time is kick-off
Chelsea will face League Two newboys Wrexham in Mauricio Pochettino's first game in charge of the club on Thursday, July 20, 2023. The match will be played at the Kenan Memorial Stadium in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with kick-off scheduled for 1am BST (8pm ET).
Chelsea will be looking to kick off their pre-season tour with a win, and they will have a number of new signings in their squad for the game. Christopher Nkunku is in line to make his debut following his £53 million transfer from RB Leipzig, while Nicolas Jackson could also feature after his transfer from LaLiga side Villarreal.
Wrexham earned promotion to League Two after 15 years in the National League as they finished four points above second-place Notts County last season. However, they will be no pushovers for Chelsea, and they will be looking to make a statement in their first game under new manager Phil Parkinson.
