Paul Mullin responds after being left with punctured lung by Man United youngster
Wrexham star Paul Mullin has responded after he was left with a punctured lung by a Manchester United player during their friendly clash.
Erik ten Hag went with a youthful side as the regular first-team stars were rested.
In the end, Wrexham came out 3-1 winners thanks to goals from Elliot Lee, Aaron Hayden and Sam Dalby. Marc Jurado was on the scoresheet for the Red Devils.
However, the match was marred by a scary moment between United goalkeeper Nathan Bishop and Wrexham man Mullin.
With just seven minutes on the clock, Bishop clattered into Mullin, leaving him with a punctured lung.
