VIDEO; Karim Benzema 'visibly uncomfortable' as Al Ittihad teammates chant his name

A video has surfaced showing Benzema's fellow teammates joyfully serenading their recently joined striker on the team bus. 

In the footage, the forward is seated at the rear of the coach, wearing his headphones, and maintains a neutral expression while the Al Ittihad players passionately chant in celebration of their star attacker.

Following the initial hesitation, Benzema eventually joins in with the chant, but his clapping appears to lack enthusiasm, leading to humorous reactions on social media.

In the past month, Karim Benzema, who was recently awarded the Ballon d'Or, concluded a remarkable 14-year tenure at Real Madrid and made a significant move to join the Saudi Arabian champions on a highly lucrative three-year contract.

During his time at Real Madrid, the 35-year-old achieved incredible success, amassing an impressive collection of 25 trophies, including five Champions League titles and four La Liga championships. His goal-scoring prowess was exceptional, as he netted a total of 354 goals for the club, making him the second-highest scorer in Real Madrid's history, just behind Cristiano Ronaldo.
