'He's great with his movement and positioning': Arsenal fans defend Havertz after poor start to the season

Kai Havertz continues to struggle at Arsenal following his £67 million summer transfer from Chelsea.

The German is yet to gel with the team, failing to make in impact in the first four games of the Premier League season.

However, some supporters still believe that the 24-year-old has the qualities to succeed at the Emirates and deliver under Mikel Arteta.

Swagga21Muffin (via /r/Gunners): "It's going to take a while for him to integrate into the system, I'd give him at least half a season to integrate."

Monsultant: "Havertz is great with his movement and positioning. It is what he has done when he has had the ball that has been a bit disappointing. That said, he desperately needs that first goal to go in. I have a feeling that the floodgates can open if he gets that one goal."

nting224: "I am just that obsessed with Havertz and it just hurts to see Arsenal fans thinking he's a nothing footballer."

archasaurus: "I do feel like his teammates don't really look to use him. I haven't seen many through balls from Martinelli to him. That will come with time though."

beefcroquette: "He does have a high work rate, but people will scrutinise his attacking numbers because he's replaced Xhaka, so people will ask what else does Kai bring to the table that Xhaka didn't. Once they had some time together it'll be more like clockwork."
