Real Madrid Likely to Sign Mbappe in 2024, Predicts Romano
Fabrizio Romano has predicted that Kylian Mbappe is likely to make a move to Real Madrid in 2024.
The Potential Transfer
The French footballer’s transfer to Real Madrid could happen in one of two ways. The first possibility is that Real Madrid will activate a clause requiring them to pay Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) a transfer fee for Mbappe.
Alternatively, if this does not occur, Mbappe could join the Spanish club as a free agent after his contract with PSG expires.
Turning Down the Loyalty Bonus
Interestingly, Mbappe has already declined an annual loyalty bonus from PSG. Accepting this bonus would have obligated him to stay with the French club for an additional season beyond his current contract.
Real Madrid’s Interest
Real Madrid has expressed continued interest in signing the Frenchman. However, it remains uncertain whether they will be able to finalize a deal in the coming year.
