Barcelona have already decided to keep Joao Felix beyond this season, reports Diario Sport's Ferran Correas.
During the season, the club will be planning an offer for Atletico Madrid to convince them to sell the Portuguese to Barca.
Both Joan Laporta and Deco support the idea of buying the forward out next summer.
Barcelona have recently increased Joao Felix's salary tenfold. The 23-year-old still plays for a relatively modest wage, however.
Joao Felix has scored 3 goals and provided 3 assists in 8 appearances on loan at Barca.
