French striker Karim Benzema continued his incredible form on Saturday, scoring a hat-trick and providing one assist in Al Ittihad's 4-1 victory over Abha.

The 35-year-old has now scored 8 goals and provided 4 assists in all competitions this season, and is looking like a real contender for the Saudi Professional League Golden Boot.

Benzema's first goal came just after the half-hour mark, when he capitalized on a defensive error to slot home from close range. He doubled his tally just minutes later with a powerful header, and completed his hat-trick early in the second half with a stunning long-range strike.

Benzema also set up Al Ittihad's fourth goal of the game, providing a perfectly weighted through-ball for teammate to finish off.
