Morocco international backs Super Eagles hopeful to fires QPR to Premier League

Morocco international Adel Taarabt has backed Super Eagles hopeful Eberechi Eze to fired Queens Park Rangers (QPR) to the Premier League, at the very soonest.

The 21-year-old Nigerian descent has been impressive for EFL club side this season after scoring 12 goals and create eight assists in the 39 games in all competition for Mark Warburton side.

Eze has been linked with a move to Premier League after Tottenham Hotspurs, Crystal Palace and West Ham credited with an interest with the attacking midfielder.

And the 30-year-old Moroccan international, who now plays for Benfica in the Portuguese top-flight urged Eze not to lose focus.

“I watch him and think he has big potential,” Taarabt told www.qpr.co.uk.

“I enjoy watching him – he’s physically strong, has a good touch, can score goals. I see him and hope he will one day take QPR to the Premier League – I think he has that ability.

“My advice is to keep working, and be the best for QPR because QPR fans recognise now how good he (Eze) is. Just keep focus and try to go to the top.”

Taraabt once had a spell at Tottenham Hotspur, QPR, Genoa and AC Milan.
